Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Purchase & Payment
   Vouchers must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
   Vouchers are issued digitally and delivered by email to the purchaser or nominated recipient once payment has been successfully processed.
   Payments are handled by approved third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square).
2. Digital Delivery
   Vouchers are delivered automatically by email and are considered delivered once the email has been successfully sent.
   The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct email address.
   We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or missing Vouchers caused by spam filters or incorrect email addresses.
   If a Voucher is not received, please contact us so we can re-send it.
3. Non-Refundable
   Once purchased and issued, all Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law.
   Vouchers are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 cooling-off period because they are:
   • Digitally delivered, and
   • Considered personalised once assigned to a recipient.
4. Value & Use
   Vouchers hold the monetary value purchased.
   Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other vouchers, or resold.
   Vouchers may be used as full or part payment for applicable podiatry services.
   Any remaining balance is retained on the Voucher until expiry.
5. Expiry
   Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
   Expired Vouchers cannot be refunded, extended, or redeemed.
6. Booking & Cancellation
   All treatments booked using Vouchers are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
   If an appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled late (per our clinic cancellation policy), the Voucher may be considered redeemed, and no refund will be given.
7. Medical Suitability
   All treatments are subject to clinical assessment.
   If the holder of a Voucher presents with a condition that is unsuitable for treatment, we may suggest an alternative service where appropriate.
   No refunds will be issued.
8. Fraud & Misuse
   We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or void a Voucher if fraudulent, unauthorised, or suspicious activity is suspected.
   Purchase records, payment verification, and delivery logs may be used to validate voucher activity.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers
   Lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced.
   Re-issues are solely at our discretion and may require proof of purchase.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
    Because Vouchers:
    • Are delivered digitally,
    • Are non-returnable,
    • And are considered fulfilled once issued,
    chargebacks claiming non-delivery or non-authorised use will be challenged.
    We retain:
    • Timestamped payment records
    • Digital delivery logs
    • Voucher code generation records
    • Redemption records
    These will be provided to payment processors as evidence during any dispute.
11. Eligibility & Redemption
    Vouchers may be redeemed only for services offered by Feet Complete Podiatry at the time of booking.
    Availability of specific services is not guaranteed and may change.

13. Amendments
    Feet Complete Podiatry reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
    The terms applicable at the time of purchase will apply to the Voucher.
