Feet Complete Podiatry provides podiatry and chiropody services to patients in accordance with UK healthcare and professional standards.

For personalised assessment or diagnosis, please book an appointment with a registered podiatrist.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made online via our Cliniko booking system, by phone, or by email.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to the full appointment cost).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3a. Cancellation & Late Policy

We understand that plans can change and emergencies happen.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations:
    We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment changes or cancellations.

  • Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments:
    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, may incur a cancellation fee (up to the full appointment charge).

  • Repeated Non-Attendance:
    Patients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.

  • Arriving Late:
    If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time.
    However, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule the appointment to ensure fairness to other patients.

  • Clinic Cancellations:
    In rare cases (such as staff illness or emergencies), we may need to cancel or move your appointment.
    We will always contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot.

Thank you for your understanding — these policies help us run our clinic smoothly and ensure fair access for all patients.


 

4. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept card or cash payments.

  • Receipts can be issued on request.

  • If your treatment is covered by insurance, it is your responsibility to check what is included before your visit.


 

5. Medical Information & Patient Responsibility

You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications, and any medical conditions before treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the outcome or safety of your care.

Our podiatrists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and adhere to the College of Podiatry’s professional code of conduct.


 

6. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once treatment has been provided.



7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to provide a safe and professional service, Feet Complete Podiatry cannot be held responsible for:

  • Any injury or adverse effect arising from information not disclosed to us, or

  • Misuse of advice or treatment information provided on this website.

This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our staff.

We treat all patient information as confidential and handle it in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
